How recruiting works on FC Match Hub
- 1. Create your club profile with the positions you're looking for, your platform, language, and weekly frequency.
- 2. Open the players directory at /players and apply filters.
- 3. Send interest to candidates. The player sees a notification on their dashboard.
- 4. Match when the player accepts. EA IDs are auto-exchanged and you can hop into a match together.
Tips for clubs scouting players
- • Write a club description that highlights atmosphere and weekly schedule — players read it before accepting.
- • Be specific in lookingForPositions — “any” gets ignored, “ST + CAM only” gets reciprocated.
- • Send 5-10 interests in your first session. Average match rate is around 25%.
- • Keep your profile fresh — clubs with recent activity rank higher in the directory.
